Continuing with our commitment to education, the Building and Commercial Measurements Bureau will host the Annual Building Codes Education Conference in 2021. The 2021 conference, scheduled for March 29 - April 6, 2021, will be held virtually via Zoom. Registration closed March 24, 2021.  Click on the Conference Materials link below to download pdf material.

  •  Registration has closed.  When you registered for the courses you received an email with the zoom link for ICC or an email directly from the building codes program for UPC & NCAT courses. You will need these links to attend.

    Course Materials: ICC course registrants please watch for emails you will receive providing you with a code(s) to download the corresponding book when applicable; other courses will be provided pdf handouts that will be available here on the website as soon as available. UPC course registrants received handouts directly from the building codes program. NCAT did not provide handouts for the energy courses.

    Certificates: Attendance certificates will be sent after verification of course attendance; approximately two weeks after course completion.  ICC will report your AIA credits for you if you provide your AIA number at registration; all other AIA credits must be self-reported.  Those attending the 2018 Fire Protection Systems course will receive a certificate from ICC and a certificate from the building codes program (the building code certificate will show 8 hours of fire licensure CE).


     

  • Courses presented by ICC instructors will report your AIA credits for you if you provide your AIA number when registering.  All other AIA credits must be self-reported. The certificates issued for most of the courses offered will qualify for State Board of Architects licensing CE. 

    The UPC course provided by IAPMO provides education credit for building officials and inspectors and qualifies as continuing education credits for the State of Montana Board of Plumbers (8 hours per day).

    The NCAT energy courses provide education credit for building officials and inspectors and qualify as continuing education credits for the State of Montana Board of Architects. These courses each grant 4 hours of CE

  • Due to courses being held virtually this year there will not be a Vendor Expo; we plan to hold these events in person in 2022.
